It was so windy and dusty last night, I wimped out on the Tuesday night edition for the first time since January. My legs felt great this morning, so I was excited all day for the run. 7:14 overall pace, for a 1:05 minute run. Home, to parrish, Legacy to 500 South, up to the mechanic's to get my still unsafe truck. It sure was cold, and as luck would have it, the wind shifted around so it seemed like headwind the entire run. |
