I started my course specific training last night with the help of some molding.  I put a couple boards underneath the back end of the treadmill so I could run downhill.  I did 7 miles, then put it flat and ran 5 more.  Jack Bauer finally rescued his family, but now a new threat has arrived to endanger Senator Palmer's life!  Will this day never end?

Which season of 24? Watched Castle last night and a dirty bomb was set to go off in NYC. There was no Jack Bauer to come beat the bad guys into giving up the location of the bomb. It was so disappointing, but of course they finally worked it out (and only had to wait 40 minutes vs 24 episodes). Loved 24 though.

So, is it 7 weeks until Boston? What's the up/down elevation like? What time are you hoping for?

Russ, it's season 1. I've watched them all, but just remembered the early seasons as barely more plausible than the later offerings.
