This was and ADHD run.  I started off on the field/grass to take it easy on myself.  After 4 miles I was soooo bored I headed down the street to another park with a drinking fountain.  Then I thought I'd run up the hill of the 5k course.  When I got to the turn I saw a guy running further up the hill with his dog.  I thought I'd try to pass him.  I caught him and we chatted for a while about Ragnar.  Then I was at the Parrish Lane trail head, and figured I might as well enjoy the sunset from the trail.  I followed the trail 10k course to the turnaround but didn't turn around.  I ended up in Bountiful by the spring runoff creek with no name.  By now it was pitch dark, so I slowly picked my way over the dirt road back to Deuel Creek, and home on the road.

I got adjusted today, hoping for better run recovery.  So far all I've ended up with is a huge headache.  No pain, no gain, I guess.  This run was inspired by Laputkas heavy mileage tuesday.

Awesome run! That's cool you adjusted and went that distance! You've given me a hard time about being fast, but man, you're quicker than I. I've got to convince you to tackle Boston next year, and shoot for a 3:00 (Boston 3.0 is my mantra).

If we didn't have bad runs, we'd never have good runs. Good runs are priceless and your payment today will turn into a bargain.
