if you take no days off for the rest of the month, you can reach 1,900 by averaging 6.39 miles per day. if you take two more days off this month you'll need to average 7.19 miles per day run. go for it!

Or 11.94 per day to hit 2000. Go for the Gold standard. 6 in the morning, 6 in the evening. Easy peasy. I on the other hand will be eating nachos and watching reruns.
