After logging 9 weeks in 2 years with mileage over 50, I have 50+ in six of the last eight. Boston is 11 weeks away, and I still don't have a training plan I am following, other than running 5-6 days a week, and long on the weekend. I really should rectify this, but I'm enjoying the "disciplined flexibility" of running almost every day, and having freedom to go hard or easy, hill or flat, trails or treadmill. My wife says all I do is run. She's mostly right, and I appreciate her good sportsmanship. As far as coming up with a plan-- maybe I'll look on runners world. I would also appreciate any suggestions. |
