City creek canyon with Amy and Warren.  The up was great, the down was down.  We did see the tiniest bit of snow near the bowery at the top.  I'm having second and third thoughts about the wisdom of WB Ultra.  I guess it's too late for that.  Hubris.

sweet picture. it sounds like you guys had a nice run last night.

WB ultra is good -- but if you are having doubts, i suggest feigning injury and purchasing some crutches. it just might work.

seriously though, you guys are going to do great. i really hope i haven't messed things up too much. i am working hard to find a replacement...

Without a little hubris, nothing would ever be attempted.

Hey I may be running that 5k in Centerville -

JD, I hope you make it to the 5k. For 8 bucks, it's hard to avoid running the local race.

Sorry I missed the run. I really of come because I desparately needed the miles. What are the plans for the team? Any leg reassignments?

Good to see you made it to City Creek. This 5K you mentioned, is it Saturday July 2nd? How can I pass that up? I just might do it.

Mike, that's the one. It starts at 7 a.m. there's a parade afterward. If you and JD come, you can come to my street for free breakfast too.

Okay, I'm going to work hard to work this race in.
