My treadmill had been feeling lonely.  I got started around nine, planning to do a 666.  Between my still funny legs and a lingering sinus infection, I couldn't hold on at all, and walked a bit after 2 miles, so my overall time was 63 minutes.  It was good to see Jack Bauer again.  I wish I arrived home a bit earlier so I could run outside in the daylight.

I need an event to get on a training plan.  Getting ready for Ragnar isn't specific enough.  After daily consulting a piece of paper for 4 months, this feels a bit too loose.

Top of Utah marathon? A 30 or 50K trail run? Running a Forrest Gump across Davis County and maybe all of Utah? There has to be some run involving lawn mowers. That would be cool.

How about this one?

I'm shooting for a big PR. Wanna race?

Who's that short haired conservative guy with the Boston jacket? I was looking for a pony-tailed free spirit drifting around Boston. No such luck.

I'd recommend Des News but I don't want the competition. I'd be crushed if I finished 4th in our AG.

Looking forward to meeting you someday.

Trap, if our baby wasn't due that week, I'd have to join you in WA for that marathon. It looks like a winner. However, running the hometown marathon might not be a bad idea...thanks for the suggestion, Laputka and Allie.
