TM.  1 mile wu, then 1 mile at 8,7,8,7,8, 1/2 mile cooldown.  Anna was watching Biggest Loser with me.  Tami came home and sent her to bed.  She obediently went down the hall to her room, er, went down the hall and waited for 20 seconds before resuming her seat in front of the TV.  She should have listened for footsteps on the stairs, because Tami hadn't left yet, and that little girl caught an earful.  Being a youthful night owl isn't easy.
