Very good 5 am run.  Early to bed, early to rise...

My legs feel great.  Tapering feels better than training.  Only occasionally do I feel excitement or aprehension about UVM; my expectations are pretty low.  I don't anticipate having a particularly special 10th marathon.  Even so, 10 is nothing to sneeze at.

The plan:  7:20 miles through 20, then try to pick it up.  Or hold on. Or feign injury and get a ride home from my daughter.

Your running UVM?!? What's your plan?

Oh I see your plan:)

josse, I haven't put in enough work to show up and do anything special. It feels like it'll be a real accomplishment if I can take home one of those Boston qualifier shirts. Are you a first or last bus kind of girl?

Good luck Kam! Go get that BQ.

I'm a get a ride to the start kind of girl. I'll look for you up top:)

I guess elite marathoners don't have to ride the bus. :)

Thanks, Angie. I'll stay away from the 6:30 miles for the first 14 and see if that gives me a better 2nd half.

Nice plan Kam. Here's hoping the winds from last time stay away, or at least at your back.

Good luck tomorrow Kam, and all the rest running Utah Valley.
